PBJ Studio Access Days are exclusive once-a-month events designed by Portraits by Jeane for clients seeking timeless portraits in a quick, accessible format. Perfect for growing families, school-age kids, milestone moments — and anyone seeking beautifully captured moments—without the commitment of a full custom session.
Each booking includes a 10–15 minute session and 30 minutes of guided image review and ordering immediately after. You’ll choose from premium professional prints, affordable matte prints, high-resolution digital files, or curated packages — all with the quality and care Jeane is known for.
Guests can book with a $15 per person session fee or choose an annual PBJ Membership ($50) which includes free session access for your immediate household, 20% off professional print products, $50 off full digital album, and more.
These events are limited, fast-paced, and designed for returning clients or new faces looking for a beautiful, efficient portrait experience. No extended families or newborns under 3 months. If you’d prefer a slower, more custom experience with more flexibility, please explore our full session options.
Please note: Props and backdrops will be kept simple. We’ll choose the best color for your session from a limited selection after booking.
How It Works

Each session lasts 10–15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of guided image viewing and ordering with your photographer.

You may reserve a session with either: $15 per person session fee, or $50 annual household membership, which includes unlimited session fees for your immediate family for the year, plus exclusive perks.

Images will be delivered as they are taken unless additional touch-ups are purchased

Light Touch-Up: $5 per image (blemish removal, flyaways, etc.)

The Details (Fine Print)

Touch-ups are optional. All images are delivered as-photographed unless retouching is purchased.

Orders must be placed during your viewing appointment to receive discounts.

Member discount is valid for 48 hours on professional prints.

After 48 hours, products may be ordered at full price for up to 90 days.

Budget matte prints and free shipping to studio must be ordered during your session. They are not available after your apt.

Only professional-grade printing is eligible for enlargements and specialty products.

Membership covers session fees for your household only and does not include prints or digital files.

No infants under 3 months unless part of a family portrait (not solo)

Larger immediate families may receive fewer individual poses or groupings based on cooperation and time constraints

One session per family per day

Images will be captured as the moment is happening - additional time will not be granted for non-cooperation
**We’ll capture natural, beautiful portraits — but these are quick sessions. If you're looking for extra poses,
outfit changes, or a more relaxed pace, a full session on a standard day is the better fit**

Love your portraits? Tell a friend! When someone you refer books a PBJ Studio Access Day or standard session and names you at booking, you’ll receive a complimentary 5x7 print (matched to your print order style) at your next session. Just make sure they say your name when asked how they found us!
Ready to Book?
PBJ Studio Access Days are offered once a month only and space is limited. Timing will usually be on the second Wednesday of each month. This is a new promotion beginning in November 2025, just in time for the holdiays! Promotions, dates, and offerings are subject to change.
